Double Room Available in 3bed Flat - Crouch End

We have a small double room available in a 3bed flat in Crouch End. There flat is on the 2nd floor and room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
There is a fully kitted kitchen with communal table/seating.

The two other residents are both working in hospitality. There is also a friendly house cat called Bowie.

The rent is £550 per calendar month and the room available for move in on January 10th. (Security deposit is £550).

You are responsible for all bills, sharing with the other housemates. (around £125 per month)

We are looking for someone who will get on with the current tenants, ideally working or a full time student.

ID, references and passing a credit check will be required.
