I’m moving out as I’m going overseas.

We are looking for another woman in her late 20’s, 30’s or early 40’s to take over the room.

You will be living with my lovely friend who owns the apartment. She works in healthcare, mainly WFH. She goes to the gym and enjoys an occasional night out.

It’s a quiet and clean flat. In a safe area.

Located in Zone 3, 5 mins from Hornsey Station (Great Northern) and 12 mins from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line). Takes 30 mins to get into Oxford Circus.

5 mins walk from Sainsbury’s, 10 min walk from Alexandra Palace Park. 5 min walk into Crouch End town centre.

The area is super nice and lovely to live in. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants. Gyms and Lido nearby.

Room is furnished but I will be selling my bed, so let me know if you would like it with the room.

No couples, smoking or pets.
