Double Room in Crouch End

Sadly our flatmate Cameron is leaving us mid-November so we have a room available in our cosy house, located a short walk from the centre of Crouch End, which has loads of nice shops, cafes, restaurants and even a great independent cinema. There’s also some great pubs in walking distance, such as The Queens which does a great Sunday roast and other great food. The area is quiet and there are plenty of parks nearby which is ideal for unwinding/running, etc, especially during the summer. The nearest station is Hornsey or Turnpike Lane for the tube and also plenty of bus routes close by too to head to Finsbury Park or Alexandra Palace.

It’s a double room and is light and comes furnished with space to work from home in the living room if needed. We have a good-sized kitchen and living room where we have the occasional meal together, although none of us would say we’re quite foodies. The living room is big which is great for chilling in when you need to unwind and watch something and we have Netflix, Amazon prime etc. There’s two bathrooms/shower rooms and a further toilet so there’s never a queue before work in the morning. There’s three double bedrooms in total and also some extra storage space which is super handy.

You’d be living with myself, Mattie (33), I work in finance for my sins, and Ali (35) who works as a videographer. We have a really chill vibe in the house . Whilst we both have our own lives, we do like a lil house trip to the pub from time to time, and the odd Sunday roast. We both work full-time so it’s not a party house but we do also like to have fun and enjoy ourselves in our spare time.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who’s similar - sorted, considerate, open-minded and tidy but also someone sociable who likes to have a chat, or up for watching a tv show/film from time to time. We all take turns in tidying the house, and also have a dishwasher which makes life that bit easier!

Bills tend to come to just over £100/month for council tax, internet, gas/electricity, water etc.
