Gem of a flat in Crouch End

Hi! I am Andriy. I have been living in the flat almost a year, and in retrospect I realised that moving here was one of the best decisions I'd ever made (no kidding). After all, I'm living in Crouch End - what more could one possibly want.

To say a few words about the flat and the room. My current flatmate is moving out and taking almost all the furniture with her, so it is going to be largely unfurnished (pics attached to show how cool it can look!). The flat is on 1st floor of a period conversion house. On that floor there are a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and my bedroom. The flat is a maisonette, and your bedroom is going to be on the top level. Since the flat is going to be unfurnished, please let me know if you would like to bring your furniture.

As to myself, I am a City lawyer and usually work in the office 4-5 days a week. At weekends, I enjoy taking a walk in the area, which is abundant in parks, woods and lovely views, and would be glad if you'd like to join me on such walks.

I am looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate, preferably a professional. An ideal match would be if, in addition to that, you enjoy open-minded conversations, no matter the topic.

One other thing is that we currently have a cleaner come every two weeks, and I would be grateful if we could share that expense.

I will be holding viewings from the end of November and it would be great if you are looking to move in at the start of January 2026.
