Spacious room in Crouch End with Garden

Hi, I am moving in with my girlfriend in Jan and so my room will be available.

The room is bright and spacious, looking out into the garden with a view of Ally Pally.

There is a shared bathroom between 3 housemates with bath and shower, as well as a shared kitchen and large living / dining area.

We also have a fairly big garden with patio area and outdoor seating, and a garage for storage if required.

Plenty of space downstairs for bike storage if needed, and free parking on the street or driveway.

The house is close to Ally Pally and it's Sunday Farmers market, with a good a local gym / lido, plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants. It is about 5-10 mins to Crouch Hill station on bus, and about 10-15 mins to Finsbury Park station by bus.

The housemates will be 3 other guys in their 30's; Shaun, a graphic designer, John, a manager of a charity, and Sean, an electrician.
