Bright sunny double room available in a 3 bed flatshare in Crouch End.

I've loved living in this flat but I've bought my own place and will be moving out at the end of November. Top floor so gets loads of sun throughout the day, and is a good size. Room comes with a bed frame (different to pictured, using my own atm), mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a built in storage cupboard.

The flat has a good sized kitchen, separate large living room with balcony that looks out onto a quiet street (and the top of Ally Pally if you really look!) and bathroom. There's loads of storage throughout the house as well as lovely parquet floors.

Crouch End is a lovely area, and there's loads of great pubs and cafes on the high street. Supermarkets are a 5 minute walk, and there's a gym, pool and lido 2 minutes down the road. Finsbury Park (Victoria / Piccadilly / National Rail) is 10/15 on the bus, and Highgate (Northern Line) is a 20 minute walk.

Current flatmates - Anais is a 29 year old creative from the US who has lived in London for 6 years.
George is 25, also a creative, and is from the UK. He works a mixture of from home and in co-working spaces.
Both looking for a clean, chilled housemate that is keen to socialise but is also well set up with their own social life.

Bills roughly come to £120pcm including wifi and this is averaged across the year. Council tax band is D.
