We’re looking for a student or young professional to sublet one room in our three-bed flat in Crouch End, North London, while I’m away on exchange from mid-January to mid-June 2026. The flat is fully furnished and shared with two other KCL students — both friendly and sociable.

The room is bright, fully furnished with a King size bed, desk, wardrobe, and window overlooking greenery. Additionally, there’s two bathrooms (including a modern shower room), an open-plan kitchen/lounge with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining space and sofa area.

The location is fantastic: 2 minutes from Hornsey Station, 15-minute walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line), and 0.7 miles from Harringay Station. There are great cafés, bakeries, and shops nearby, plus easy links to central London and other universities.
