Big & bright room in Crouch End with garden

I’m sadly moving out after 3 wonderful years in this lovely home, so we’re looking for someone new to take my room and join the household! The rent is £747.50 and bills on top are usually around £148. This is council tax, water, gas & electric and internet. We all chip in every month for toilet roll & cleaning supplies/cooking oil etc.

You’d be living with 3 lovely ladies in a friendly, sociable, and tidy home. We often hang out together for dinners, TV nights, pub trips, and BBQs in the summer. The house has a cosy but big living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a large garden that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

One of the housemates has a sweet 1-year-old Whippet named Ziggy, so it’s important that you’re a dog lover! 🐾

We’re based right in the heart of Crouch End, close to great cafés, charity shops, and all the local amenities. Finsbury Park is nearby, and there are excellent transport links for getting around London.

The landlord is fantastic – super responsive and always quick to sort any repairs or issues.

It’s honestly been an amazing place to live, and we’re looking for someone friendly in their 30s, respectful, and sociable to keep the great vibe going.
