Hi there! I’m Paul – looking for a flatmate to share my 2-bed flat in the heart of Crouch End. It’s a lovely, peaceful home with a vintage feel and plenty of space. The room is available from now (13th November).

Looking for a kind, easy-going, open-minded person who values a friendly and warm vibe home as much as I do. Creatives or people with similar interests very welcome! I'm open to short lets but ideally long-term if we click :)

The Room:
- Furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, desk, lamp, full-size mirror)
- Very bright, comfortable and freshly painted

About Me:
- Work full-time in the creative industry + tutoring
- Into music, arts, literature, film & food
- Laid-back, respectful and sociable

The Flat:
- 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom (bath + shower), fully equipped kitchen, huge shared garden
- Recently renovated, quiet and well-kept
- Laid-back private landlord, flexible terms, no fees
- Close to cafés, pubs, parks, cinemas, gyms & great charity shops. Very friendly and safe area of London.

Rent & Bills:
- £900/month + around £180 bills per person
- Deposit: 2 weeks’ rent (1-month notice either side)

Transport:
- Hornsey (Rail) & Crouch Hill (Overground): 5-10 mins walk
- Finsbury Park (Victoria) & Archway (Northern): 7-10 mins by bus
- 1 min to several bus stops
