Bright Double Room with Terrace - 17th to 30th Dec

I’m subletting my room in Crouch End for a short stay over the Christmas period while I’m away visiting family. The room is surprisingly spacious for London, very bright, and has direct access to a private terrace with beautiful views over the whole city (4th floor — the sunsets are amazing). There’s a desk, lots of natural light, and a calm, cosy vibe that’s perfect for working or relaxing.

The flat is in Crouch End, one of the loveliest and most peaceful neighbourhoods in North London — full of cute cafés, bakeries, and independent shops. It’s also very well connected, with easy access to supermarkets, gyms, and transport links to central London.

I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and calm who will take good care of the room while I’m away. It’s ideal for anyone coming to London for a short break, work trip, or to enjoy the city during the holidays.
