ROOM to sublet for Dec- Jan - Alexandra Palace

I'm looking for a new flatmate to sublet my room for the month of Jan while I am away travelling! The flat is lovely (as seen in the pics), and the rooms are a good size, one slightly larger than the other. The living room is amazing and gets loads of natural light, as well as a great sized kitchen.

Alexandra Palace is less than a 5 min walk away, which is lovely for the odd stroll, and there's Priory Park just across the road with tennis and basketball courts. Beautify Crouch End is also only a 5 min walk away with plenty of shops, pubs, and resturants. There's a big Sainsbury's down the road, which is a lifesaver, and a very handy corner shop just below the flat. Finsbury Park is also a 15-20 min bus ride away, with the stop located just outside the flat. The area is lovely and feels very safe for London, I couldn't recommend it more as a place to live.

I live with two girls, age 27, young professionals who are very friendly and fun!
