The kitchen comes with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster and all kitchen utensils. A range of spices also resides and is shared amongst all 🍴

👭🏼The current tenants are 2 female professionals that wfh around 3 days a week, and a new girl will be moving in January. A cleaning rota operates between the tenants. There is also a timid house cat belonging to one of the girls.

⏰️The tenancy renews in March for a year but the room can be available before this.

💸Rent is £940pm, bills around £150pm.

🏡The street is very quiet, but there are pubs, cafes and shops a 10 minute walk away in Crouch End. Haringey Station (national rail) is around a 10 min walk away and Finsbury Park (national rail and tube) a 15 min walk or 5 min bus journey.
