My room in Crouch End is becoming available from January as I'm moving away from London to buy my own place. I've lived here for many years which is a testament to how much I've liked it.

The room is large with plenty of space for a desk and some corridor space outside to store suitcases etc. The room is unfurnished but I may be able to leave/sell a few bits of the furniture.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, split across two floors in a spacious Victorian terraced house. You'll be sharing with friendly professionals -Charlotte, Mary and Addie who work in publishing, media and events. We have:

- A communal kitchen/living space with dishwasher
- Plenty of bathroom space (downstairs toilet, separate three-piece bathroom, separate upstairs shower room)
- A utility room (with washing machine and dryer, and space to dry clothes on airers)
- Period features

Crouch End is a leafy neighbourhood with a creative, community feel. There are lots of independent restaurants, shops, pubs, bars and cafes. There's a lido, two cinemas, a pottery studio, parks and several excellent yoga studios. Local events include a yearly Open Studios art trail and Crouch End Festival.

Alexandra Palace is an easy bus ride away - handy if you like gigs.

The flat is conveniently located close to a bus stop which gets you to Finsbury Park station in under 10 minutes. You can be at Oxford Circus in 30 minutes door-to-door.

Rent is £737.63 a month with additional bills of around £160 per month (a bit more in the coldest months, less over summer), which includes Council Tax, band E.

The deposit is one month's rent which will be put in a DPS scheme when you move in.

I have a little bit of flexibility on move in date.
