Huge double room with ensuite in Crouch End

Looking for someone to takeover a large double room with an ensuite in a 4-bed house in Crouch End (Zone 2)! 💖🪩

We are looking to fill a spare room in our lovely flat. You will be living with three other working professional girls, aged between 27-31. We’re looking for someone ideally 26+, who is friendly, clean and sociable but also enjoys their independence. We enjoy socialising as a house🍸 and also respect eachother’s space/schedules. There is also a timid cat in the house 🐈, so you must be okay with a feline friend!

The room itself is huge and comes with a private ensuite. The room comes part-furnished (bed and wardrobe included).

💵 £950 per month, excluding bills (which are roughly £150 per month). This cost will stay in place until the end of the current tenancy on 14th March 26, as the ensuite was shared between two previous tenants. However, the room’s ensuite is no longer shared and the price of the room will increase when the tenancy renews in March to reflect this. The new price is TBC but will likely be around £1100 per month (excluding bills)❗️

🧽 It’s important that you are clean and tidy, we do have a cleaning rota to distribute household jobs.

📍 Crouch End is a lovely area, safe and residential, with coffee shops and bookshops very close by. The house is a 5-10 minute bus journey from Finsbury Park station, where you can get on the Victoria line or Piccadilly line. Ally Pally is also close by which is nice in the summer or for sunsets.

📅 Available from 15th February. Current tenancy is until 14th March 2026, however we are looking for someone long-term who will stay on with the current tenants when we renew in March for a further 12 months. Sorry, not suitable for short term lets 🤍
