Dates: Short term sublet. I’m off to Japan around 3rd March-30th April. Flexible move in dates with possibility to extend.

Fully furnished double room available in 3 bed, 3rd top floor flat. 1 large bathroom between 2 (other flatmate has her own ensuite).
Based in Crouch End, Haringey, N8 (close to Finsbury Park).
Rent and bills actually come to £1150, but I get it’s expenny, so I discounted it. If you can genuinely pay the full amount, that would be great ngl :D

Connections: 30 minute journey to central (Oxford street), 30-40 min journey to East (Dalston, Shoreditch), 30-40 min journey to West (Notting Hill). 8 min walk to Hornsey station, 2 min walk to bus stop with 10 min bus to Finsbury Park station.

My flatmates are a music artist manager, and a creative lead/graphic designer; we’re all 28. We’re all good friends, and they’re super lovely. We are an arty household who love all forms of art, music, movies etc. We love food and cooking, and are fortunate to have a sociable kitchen space.

Bedroom features: lots of wardrobe storage, desk with stationary and well supported back chair, comfy double bed with electric blanket, large full length mirror, vintage furniture inc two bedside tables and a sideboard, decorative accessories, guitar and keyboard to play, bookcase with art books. Towels and bedding can be used.

Rest of flat: light and airy with skylight windows, large double sink bathroom, balcony with bifold doors and stunning views, cosy arty decoration, inviting kitchen living room space, fully stocked kitchen with every spice you could ever dream of, record player and good quality bluetooth speaker to share, access to roof space, laundry room, two really good vacuum cleaners, iron and ironing board and steamers.

Other features: car park, shed space for a bike, communal garden, safe space for parcels, well insulated against sound.

Features of area: calm suburban arty area, Crouch End and Hornsey High Street a couple streets away. Lots of lovely pubs, bars, restaurants, clothing/charity/music/food shops, cinemas, gyms right on your doorstep. Wood Green 20 min walk. Muswell Hill 30 min walk. Finsbury 30 min walk. Lots of lovely areas to walk such as Alexandre Park, Highgate Wood, Highgate Cemetery, Parkland Walk, Hampstead Heath, Priory Park.
