2 double rooms available in Crouch End

We have 2 good sized double rooms available from February in a house in Crouch End. One is available from 2nd Feb (but can be flexible if needed), the other room is available from 23rd Feb.

HOUSE -

Super rare find in London that features a bar, a pool table, really huge kitchen space thats great for dinner parties and a good sized garden space. We have 2 bathrooms, one with a bath / shower, the other with a shower. Parking permits are available if needed.

HOUSEMATES -

Current tenants are 3 girls and 2 guys between the ages of 27-31. The house would suit someone who is social - we love a pub trip/watching trash tv together, but we also have our own friendship groups so are not on top of eachother! Ideally we’re looking for someone who is a professional and similar age to us.

ROOMS -

There is a decent sized double room available that can fit a desk and comes furnished with decent storage space. The room is available from the start of Feb - exact date to be confirmed.

OTHER BITS -

The rent is £820 a month for the larger room, £793 a month for the smaller room. Both include council tax and water within that. The wifi/gas/electric is around 65 quid! The house is 10 mins away from Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly lines) - it's also a 10 min walk from Hornsey station which has the overground to Central London. We love Crouch End as an area to live in, with cinemas, loads of decent pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The house is also 1 minute away from a 24 hour Asda which is super handy
