Huge bedroom and own living room in Crouch End

I’m Jasmin, I currently live in a huge flat in North London.

The flat is located just off the Crouch End Broadway and it’s a really nice area, super safe, great pubs and cafés etc.

I’m 30 and I work in threat intelligence, I usually spend about 2 days a week in the office and work from home 3 days a week.

The flat is huge and there is a large master bedroom and a spare room each (I currently use mine as a living room/office). You’d have your own to do with as you want but I am also up for socialising and watching trash TV and movies etc.

There is a large family kitchen and a huge family bathroom with a bath too. I’m super clean, sort of OCD clean and I’m looking for someone who is happy to go about their own routine but also hang out when we both want. I love cooking, a good movie night and exploring London as much as I can.

I also have a small Pomeranian who is super well trained called Kevin (in my photo) who is very sweet and is always up for snuggles! He’s very relaxed and will never be anyone other than my own responsibility.

The rent is £1500 and bills are not included but tend to be about £200/250 a month depending on winter versus summer etc.
