Garden facing room in Crouch End creative flat

As I am moving in with my partner, my room in our lovely North London flat will be available form 1st March (move in date is flexible though!)

The flat is on two floors, the absolute star of it is, as you can see, the living room. My room comes with the bed and a wardrobe. I also have a desk and some book shelves that can be taken over or not. It's facing the park and is super quiet.

The walls will get a fresh coat of paint (Our landlord has just been in this week and they'll do a few repairs, we'll get a new fridge and the flat will be painted)

Your housemates would be Alix, Sonca and Dom - all in their late 20s to mid 30s and working in the creative industries. It's a lovely house, we do share meals, go to the pub etc., but also give each other space.

The house is in Crouch End, just off the Broadway, with loads of shops, cafes, the Art House Crouch End, Alexandra Palace just around the corner. The closest Tube Stations are Finsbury Park and Highgate, the overground is around 15 min away and there are multiple bus lines.
