Double Room w private bathroom, Crouch End/Hornsey

Looking to find a new flatmate for a double room, preferably female / NB.

It's a first floor flat (there's a lift) with very decently sized living room and kitchen. The room has a private (but not attached en-suite) bathroom. There's a concierge desk Mon-Fri for deliveries, a small gym for residents and a dedicated parking space. The room can come furnished (small double bed, wardrobe and bookshelf) or unfurnished. My current flatmate is moving overseas so happy to leave her stuff or get rid of it if you have your own.

It's a great location with a lot of community. We're right in Crouch End, there's a Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and M&S plus organic and international food shops within 5-10 minute walk. Gyms, restaurants, cinemas, etc, just down the road.

Transport-wise, it's a 7 min walk to Hornsey station and a short bus to both Archway (Northern) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly / Victoria).

Bills combined (council tax, electricity, wifi) come to around £200/month each on top of rent.

I'm looking for someone who wants a longer-term home as opposed to somewhere to crash - the landlord is looking for 24 months and does reference checks. It's a queer-friendly household.

I'm a working professional who WFH 2-3 days a week. I'm fairly nerdy and chill, I'm into SFF and romance novels, going to the theatre and watching ice hockey, and I might play video games in the living room a couple of nights a week. I cook Chinese food a lot. I am a night owl - promise I'm not noisy but you will hear ambient noise like me showering or boiling the kettle at 2am.

It would be great to be friendly and hang out occasionally but also be comfortable in our own spaces.
