2 Rooms in a Lovely Friendly House in Crouch End

Hello! Two of our housemates are moving out to live with their girlfriends, so we are looking to fill both of their rooms from 1st April.

Room 1 - £832pcm + bills (massive double room, carpet)
Room 2 - £730pcm + bills (smaller but cosy double room, wood floor)
Deposit is 5 weeks rent
Bills are approx £150 per month

Both rooms are furnished - we can split the furniture across the 2 rooms depending what you need, and there is a bit of extra storage in the hall cupboard for the smaller room. (Some of the furniture in the photos belongs to current housemates, but both rooms have at least a bed and wardrobe)

Move in from 1st April. There may be some flexibility but we would have to check.

🏠 ABOUT THE HOUSE 🏠
4 bedrooms total, large kitchen with a dishwasher, separate large living room with the comfiest sofas ever, and 1 shared bathroom. There is also a roof area we can access through the window.

📍 LOCATION 📍
Right in the centre of Crouch End, 1 min from Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose (plus loads of fancy green grocers), and the magnificent W7 bus 🚌
We also have lots of cute pubs, independent shops, charity shops and 2 cinemas. Crouch End is beautiful, bustling and has everything you could ever need right on the doorstep.

Don’t be put off by the lack of tube stop, we are surprisingly well connected. The W7 bus is actually very reliable and regular, and it takes 10-15 mins to get to Finsbury Park and hop on the Victoria or Piccadilly line, or overground trains. It takes about 45 minutes to get anywhere central/ east.

👭 ABOUT US 🤼‍♀️
We're both laid back, social and low key. We love to watch movies together, hang out chatting while we cook, go for walks in the woods nearby, have friends round for dinner and create a cosy, friendly vibe in the house. We aren't massively party people but we do have a halloween party every year. Guests are always welcome.

Usually out for long hours during the working week but I love coming home to a nice chat while making dinner.
I’m vegan and love to cook. I’m often out at gigs, the arthouse cinema, walking in the woods or Hampstead heath, sewing, reading, playing my electric drum kit, or more recently at line dancing. I’ve travelled quite a bit and love going on surf trips.

29, work for a charity 9 to 5, am out most evenings but I also love hosting friends for dinner. I like houseplants/ gardening, gigs, rollerskating, WWE/ local wrestling (any Fist Club fans?) and general nonsense.

We are friends in this house, so are looking for people who also want to be friends and spend time together, while still respecting each other’s space.
Vegetarians/vegans (or respectful flexitarians) preferred. LGBTQ+ friendly.
People of all genders are welcome to apply. No couples sorry (but cool for partners to stay over reasonable amount of nights). Pairs of friends are welcome. No students unless you share the council tax bill with us.
We keep things fairly clean & tidy, but if you’re into strict cleaning rotas we probably shouldn’t live together.
