Double bedroom available to rent in a 2 bed 1 bath flat in Crouch End - 10 minute walk to the clock tower and 15 minute walk to Highgate Station.

My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a new flatmate to join the lease on 1 July.

The room is furnished by the landlord with a double bed and wardrobe -- the desk is also up for grabs from myself if you'd like to keep it in the room!

Flat is furnished with dining table and couch as well.

The garden is absolutely lovely and sun-soaked in the summer, and has a great little patio table set for sitting out on warm mornings.

15 minute walk to Highgate tube station, and 10 minute walk to the W7, W3, 91, and 41 bus routes.

Lovely neighbourhood with loads of cute cafes and restaurants nearby.

Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to join me for 2 months.
