Double room to rent in Crouch End

I have a double room to rent in Crouch end. I have been living here for a year and my current flat mate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. The apartment is situated 3-4 minutes walk into the heart of crouch end with easy access to public transport to Turnpike Lane (Tube) and busses. I am formerly a chef and now a baker so given the hours I work there can be a few evenings/nights a week at least that you'll have the whole place to yourself. I'm pretty easy going, sociable just a regular guy really. Ideally I'm looking for someone who is pleasant, outside of that I'm pretty easy going.

Bills are pretty cheap with the total working out to approximately £180each with the council tax taking up the majority of that being £110 each.

I'm looking to do viewing asap and happy to be flexible.
