Double room available in N8

We are looking for a third housemate to join our tidy, spacious apartment in Hornsey, N8.

Situated less than a 5-minute walk from Hornsey train station, the apartment is conveniently located for Hornsey, Crouch End, and Wood Green, and is a 10-minute walk to Turnpike Lane underground station, and a 20-minute walk to Finsbury Park station.

The flat is bright, modern, and well-kept, featuring a comfortable shared living space and kitchen, and a shared bathroom (shared with 1 other person).

The room is a bright, southeast-facing double. You’ll be living with two working professionals (30 and 31) who work from home the majority of the time. The living room is used for DJ tutoring very occasionally (approximately a couple of hours a fortnight), so it will not be accessible during these times. We are looking for a communicative, clean, and respectable flatmate who enjoys socialising and living in an easy-going environment. We also have a cat, so please be mindful if you have allergies.

The room comes unfurnished, but we have some furniture available from the previous tenant.
