A bright and cosy double room is available from 7th June in my lovely 2‑bed flat right in the heart of Crouch End, just a 5‑minute stroll from Hornsey station and close to Turnpike Lane Piccadilly Line (15min walk) and Crouch Hill Overground, with the W7 / W4 (or the train/tube) getting you to Finsbury Park in minutes.

The flat is in beautifully green Crouch End, surrounded my parks and it's a very quiet, friendly and safe area.

The room is big, with lots of natural light, and there is a bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room.

I’m the live‑in landlord, 35F German (been here for 10+yrs), tidy and always open for a chat. I do mainly work from home. I work in healthcare management, I love fitness, dance, long walks, reading, and travel.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, and who wants a relaxed, respectful home (this is not a party flat).

The neighbourhood is genuinely one of the nicest in North London, full of independent cafés, bakeries, yoga studios, parks and that warm village vibe that makes everything feel easy and walkable.
