Looking for friendly housemate near Crouch End!

Are you looking for a sociable, clean house with three friendly housemates? Are you a respectful and outgoing person? We have the house for you!

It’s a lovely 4 bed 2 bath house near Crouch End with great transport links - less than 8 minutes walk to the Piccadilly (Turnpike Lane or Wood Green) and Great Northern (Hornsey) lines. There’s a huge kitchen and dining area, a washer and dryer, separate lounge, and large garden with a bbq. The room is a furnished double with a bed, dresser, and clothing rail and has private roof access overlooking the garden. You’d be sharing the large upstairs bathroom with two girls. Rent is £870 and bills are around £100/person.

The current housemates consist of myself (Emily, 29, grad student, American), Julia (29, finishing her masters, American), and Ryan (33, works in construction, English).

We’re sad to be losing our current flatmate as she moves home to New Zealand and are looking for a replacement. Female preferred as the upstairs rooms share a bathroom. We’re good friends and want someone who is open to the same! We enjoy a house bbq or quiz night, watching sport, or movie nights on the couch, but also respect each other’s space. It’s important to us to keep the house feeling like a home.

You’d join the lease from July 7 (somewhat flexible) until it ends September 7, then you have the option of staying on a month-to-month.

Must be progressive and LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets please (allergies). No smoking in the house (outside okay).
