Hi! My name is Alex - I’m relocating due to work and sadly leaving this lovely double room in the heart of Crouch End.

The room comes fully furnished and is really cosy - it gets really nice light during the day! It’s been a really great place to live and I’d love for it to go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have. Available from 9th May but can be flexible with move-in dates for the right person.

You’d be sharing with my friend Paul - the most delightful housemate! He works in the creative industry, 30s, loves music, art, literature and cooking. Really laid-back, respectful and easy to be around. Looking for someone similar who brings a positive energy to the place - creatives or people with similar interests are very welcome!

Crouch End is full of great cafés, pubs, parks, cinemas, gyms and charity shops - one of the nicest and safest neighbourhoods in London with a welcoming vibe.

We’re looking to fill the room asap - open to short lets but life is busy so we would prefer someone to stay long-term and call the place their own :)

- Private landlord - very easy-going, no agency fees


Rent & bills
- £900/month + bills (~£200/month yearly average)
Deposit: £1,000
- 12-month contract, 1-month notice either side
