Double Room Available in Large Crouch End House N8

We're four lads aged 26–28 looking for a fifth housemate to join our great house in Crouch End, N8 8RP.

The available room is a bright double bedroom with great views across to Ally Pally, giving you some of the best sunsets in North London.

The house is spacious, well looked after, and in a lovely location with easy access to Crouch End, Muswell Hill, and local transport links to Finsbury Park or Highgate Station.

The house has 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a spacious garden which gets a lot of the sun.

We're a sociable group who enjoy spending time together, whether that's heading to the pub, watching football, playing PlayStation, hitting the gym, playing squash, playing some poker, or having a bbq in the garden. That said, everyone has their own lives and respects each other's space too, so no pressure to be involved in everything.

We're looking for someone who's easy going, friendly, and with some similar interests to ourselves.
