Lovely Double Room in Crouch End (North London)

Hi! I'm Paul, and I'm looking for a new housemate to rent the double room in my 2-bed flat in Crouch End (North London).

My friend recently moved out, and I'd love to share the flat with someone kind, considerate and easy to live with 🙂 For me, the people make the place, so I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys a friendly home where we respect each other's space and feel comfortable around one another.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and quality mattress, a large wardrobe, two big chests of drawers, a bedside table and a full-length mirror. It's bright, clean and comfortable, and is available from 30th July (though I can be flexible for the right person).

A little about me: I'm in my 30s and work full-time as a music writer, performer and private tutor. I love the arts, literature, travelling, cooking and fashion. I consider myself open-minded, sensitive and easy-going, and I really value honest communication and a warm vibe at home.

The flat is peaceful, recently refurbished and split across two floors with plenty of space. It's in the heart of Crouch End, surrounded by great cafés, independent shops, cinemas, pubs, green spaces and charity shops.

• 5-10 mins to Hornsey (National Rail)
• 5-10 mins to Crouch Hill (Overground)
• 7-10 mins by bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria) & Archway (Northern)
• Bus stops right outside

Rent & Bills
£950/month + bills (around £200/month)
£1,000 deposit
12-month contract (shorter lets considered, but long-term preferred)
Private landlord, no agency fees
