Hi! I’m Paul, and I’m looking for a new housemate to rent a double room in my 2-bed apartment in Crouch End ✨🏠

The room is a fully furnished double with a quality mattress, wardrobe, two large chests of drawers, bedside table and full-length mirror. It’s clean, comfortable and gets lots of natural light throughout the day.

The flat has a welcoming feel, with a touch of vintage charm, and was recently refurbished. There’s a shared living room, spacious kitchen and communal garden. It’s right in the heart of Crouch End, with loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants, cinemas, charity shops and green spaces on the doorstep.

Transport is excellent too, with bus stops right outside taking you to Finsbury Park and Archway in under 10 minutes. Crouch Hill (Overground) and Hornsey station are also within easy walking distance.

About me: I’m a creative working in music and education. I’m 37, into the arts, reading, travelling and cooking. I’m easy-going and always up for a chat, but also value private space. I’d love to live with someone who’ll help keep the place feeling happy, friendly and well looked-after.

Rent & bills:
• £900/month rent
• Bills approx £200/month (depending on the season)
• £1,000 deposit
• Long-term preferred, but short lets also considered
• Private landlord — no agency fees
