£1,100 pcm, bills excluded (estimated bills: £200 in Summer // £230ish in Winter - icludes Water, Council Tax, Gas & electric and WiFi)
Available from 10th September — but could potentially be earlier, as the current housemate is able to move out sooner than end of month if needed

The room:

Large double bedroom, unfurnished
Storage cupboard right next to the room
A desk and clothing rail are already in there if you want to keep them — otherwise happy to remove

The flat:

Shared bathroom with bath/shower
Shared lounge — bright, plant-filled, with a flat screen TV. I'm pretty homely myself, often found on the sofa watching something, reading, or doing arts and crafts, so it's a well-used, lived-in space rather than one that just sits empty
Fibre broadband with fast speeds

Location:
Right off Broadway, so you're moments from Crouch End's pubs, restaurants, shops, and post office — properly central without the noise.

A couple of things to know:

I have an 11-year-old ginger cat, so you'll need to be totally fine with animals (not allergic!)
Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with
