There are two bathrooms in the flat. I have my own en-suite, and you'd have your own bathroom too, located opposite the bedroom, so no day-to-day sharing with me. Do bear in mind this hallway bathroom may occasionally be used by guests. The kitchen is sleek and well-equipped with integrated appliances, and the shared living room is bright and spacious, ideal for relaxing or socialising. Both bathrooms are modern and finished to a high standard. The building also has a lovely communal courtyard garden.

I live here full-time and am easygoing, tidy, and sociable. I'm happy to hang out, but equally respectful of your own space and privacy. I'm looking for a similar balance: chilled at home, but friendly and open to the odd shared dinner or drink.
