I am looking for a house mate (preferably female) to take this lovely double room in N8 (Crouch End).

About the flat:

The room is partially furnished and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a bit of storage, and the large bathroom down the hall is completely yours (bath in shower, toilet, sink, lots of storage). The flat is part of a 2-bedroom with a nice and spacious living room, and both the bedroom and living room get lots of natural light.

The area is really great, with loads of cute cafes, bakeries, and restaurants in walking distance. It’s very convenient, there are multiple gyms within a 5 min walk, a drs clinic, dentist, 2 cinemas, just pretty much anything you might need.

It’s a 10 minute bus ride to Finsbury Park or Archway (access to national rail, Victoria Piccadilly or northern lines, plus a bus station)

Move in date is 1st October (but potential earlier move in date can be discussed)

Rent is £1355 including bills (wifi, water, electricity, council tax in band C)

About me:

I am an accountant in her late 20s from Canada. I work hybrid and am typically in office 3 days a week.

I am looking for someone who is social and might be down to explore some of the cute pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood, but am also very happy to do my own thing. I can typically be found after work reading, bingeing reality tv, or out to see a film.
