The space is available from the end of September 2026 and would suit a professional looking for a comfortable, longer-term home in North London.

🏠 The home

You’ll be living within our family townhouse in Crouch End.

For the majority of the time, the household will simply be myself and my mum. My younger brother is heading off to university and will occasionally come home at weekends and during university holidays/half terms.

We’re a calm, friendly and respectful household, and we both work full-time, so we’re very used to having our own routines and respecting people’s privacy.

We want whoever lives here to feel comfortable and genuinely at home. You’re very welcome to have your own space and routine, but we’re also a friendly household and happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine when the mood takes us.

The two shower facilities within the house are shared with the household. There are showers on both the middle and top floors.

This home is LGBTQ+ inclusive and welcoming, and we’re looking for someone who will be considerate and respectful of the home and the people living in it.

The house is situated in Crouch End, a lovely North London neighbourhood with a relaxed village feel and plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs, shops and local amenities nearby.

Approximate transport links include:

* 🚆 Harringay Station – 16 mins walk / approx. 8 mins by bus
* 🚌 Crouch Hill – approx. 16 mins by bus
