Cozy double bedroom in crouch end

We are looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who is moving in with their partner.

The flat is located on a quiet private road, with central crouch end being under 5 minutes walk away. You can reach Finsbury Park and Archway easily by bus or walk (20 minutes to A, 25-30 to FP). As we are on a private road, we have benefits including waste collection 3 times a week, gardeners and cleaners of communal spaces (hallways and stairwells).

The flat has a large living room with balcony overlooking the road, as well as 2 toilets and a decent sized kitchen. The room comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as the double bed - all other furniture in the room will be taken.

We have lived together for 2 years having met on spare room. We are looking for someone similar to us; happy to hang out but equally content doing their own thing. We both work from home 1-2 times a week.

The rent is £928pcm excluding bills. Our bills vary month to month but on average are around £170 for wifi, water, gas, electric and council tax. We are council tax band D. (Exact deposit to be confirmed).
