The available room is at the rear of the property. It's a quiet room away from the road. More than happy for you to make it your own. The room is furnished but I’m happy to clear it if you want to bring your own stuff.
I am a friendly, warm natured and easy going, gay man. I work long hours Monday to Friday (out at 7am back after 8pm) I’m hard working and stable. No drama.
I’ve had a great run of long term flatmates and look forward to the next.
