I have a lovely room available in a top floor flat located just seconds from the Broadway above a convenient shop.

The room has a double bed and a massive chest of drawers and it is at the back of the building so it is very quiet. It comes on a furnished or unfurnished basis.
Please note that there is no living room in the flat, however there will be a table in the kitchen and the room is big enough to fit a table in.

There are bills on the top, council tax £58 per person, water and electricity.
Prior to moving in the new tenant will be required to complete a reference check with the landlord which is £150.

The flat is well maintained with laminated floors and double glazed.
It's to be shared with 1 person only so it would suit someone professional I think.
I am a friendly girl in my 30s, who enjoys a chat but also works a lot and enjoys a bit of a quiet time as well. I am looking for a friendly, quiet and clean person who likes their independence.
