we are looking for someone relaxed and easy-going:

The room is a fairly big double (about 4X3m); the house is spread over 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, HUGE dining/living room, and kitchen, 2 bathrooms each with bath and shower, washing machine, wireless broadband and Virgin Media tv.

The house is above a shop located on the Broadway, in the heart of Crouch End. The Broadway has bus stops for the 41, 91 (both of these are night buses so there are links from centralm London 24 hrs a day), W5, W7 buses and W3 bus stops.

The nearest tube stations are Finsbury Park (for Victoria and Piccadilly lines) and Archway (for Northern line). Hornsey national rail station (with direct trains to Moorgate/Kings Cross) and Crouch Hill Overground station are also both nearby.

The rent is excellent value at £750p/m, with all bills included. (very good internet/wifi) 1 month's rent is required as a deposit, and we're looking for someone who wants to stay for at least 3 months.
