Large, bright room spacious victorian apartment

Hello,
I am sadly moving out of our lovely flat between Crouch End and Muswell Hill and looking for someone nice to take my room. It is a big flat with a large living/ dining area, laundry room, kitchen and entrance area where bikes can be kept. There is also a nice south-facing terrace and a large back garden (which is currently having some work done on it but should be nice again soon).

One flatmate is an Australian girl who manages restaurants and makes dresses in her spare time. The other is a local guy who is a gardener. They are super easy going and friendly, both independent and doing their own thing, but up for a chat or dinner together from time to time. Probably won't appreciate parties during the week as they're early risers, so someone who keeps regular hours would be good.

In terms of transport, the surrounding stations are:
Highgate (northern line), Turnpike lane (Piccadilly line), Hornsey (regional trans to central London), Crouch Hill (overground) These are all around 1-1. 5miles and accessible by bus or walking
Finsbury park (victoria and picadilly) is about 2. 2miles, on the W7 or W3 bus routes.
I have found having a bike is a help: I often cycle to the station and lock up there.

Local amenities include Alexandra Park which is across the road, nice shops restaurants and pubs in Crouch End and Muswell Hill which are very close. Nice quiet leafy area

I'm away on holiday until 16th August, and probably won't reply to inquiries until then, although one of the other housemates may be able to arrange a viewing this week.
