There is a private gated car parking spot and cycle storage facility, video security coded access to the building and a communal outdoor area. The room itself is bright and clean and is furnished with a double bed (with underbed storage), fitted wardrobes, side table, chest of drawers and own ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet).

Great transport links for central London (zone 2 travel card) from Finsbury Park or Archway/Highgate tube station (10 min bus ride to Finsbury park from outside the flat and 15 min walk to Highgate/10 min bus to Archway from outside the flat). The A406, A1 and M1 are around 5-10 minutes drive, even at peak times. Local green spaces include Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Alexandra Palace and Hampstead Heath. Crouch end village with its many relaxed and period pubs, bars, theatre, convenient shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk.
