There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other usual appliances, gas cooker, fridge, cooking pots, cutlery, crockery, kettle, iron and ironing board, etc. WiFi broadband is included in the rent along with all other bills.

The house is within easy walking distance or bus ride to Crouch End village with its restaurants, cafés, shops, cinemas, a vibrant, interesting area. The nearest underground station is Finsbury Park, 12 minutes walk or 8 minutes bus ride. Harringay overground (Great Northern) is 5 minutes walk and connects to the city (direct to Moorgate). Nearby Crouch Hill overground station connects west to Gospel Oak and east to Barking. The W5 stops at the end of the road and goes to Archway and to Harringay Green Lanes.

The room would suit a professional working woman age 24 – 34, strictly non smoking. It's not a party house, more a comfortable, homely sanctuary.
