I've got a nice bright small double room in a quiet 2 beds flat.
£100 Inc ALL bills! Mon to Fri (but this can be different days)
Would suit someone who lives outside London but work in London & need a quite place to rest.
BT WiFi & Washing machine etc.
Bedroom:
The bedroom has double glazing, it is fully furnished with a double bed, Wardrobe, Drawers, bedside table & a lamp.

Convenient location:
Only 3 mins walk from Crystal Palace Station & park. Great direct route to central London with trains/Overground to Clapham junction, Victoria, London Bridge & Canada water all within 30 mins.
Local shops, tesco express, cafes, takeaways are right on the door step.
Street parking with no lines are available near by.

I'm looking for a tidy, non smoker, who is easy going, friendly, considerate & respectful.
