Bedroom in large flat with amazing views

Hello,

We have a room available in our lovely spacious flat from 01 February 2025.

The flat is on the second floor, right on the 'Crystal Palace Triangle', with high ceilings and it's very bright. We have a very large lounge with a fireplace and chesterfield style sofas, and the one bathroom is massive. The kitchen is also large, and the view out its window of the London skyline is fantastic; you can see all the way from Wembley Stadium to the city. There is a paved area right outside the back that can be enjoyed when the weather cooperates. Also a small separate utility room with the washing machine.

Crystal Palace is a lovely area with tons going on right on our doorstep. There are lots of pubs, restaurants, shops, a big Sainsbury's, and the Crystal Palace Park close by. Crystal Palace Station is about 8 mins walk and Gipsy Hill Station is about 10 mins walk, and there are lots of buses nearby.

The available bedroom comes unfurnished, but has built-in shelving on both sides of a closed up fireplace. It has a big window that looks out to a small balcony that is great in the summer. See last three photos for the bedroom.

Bills come to around £130-160 each month for each person including broadband, and tv license.

I have lived in the flat for 6 years now, and Orsi has lived here for 2 years. I work in the city as a business consultant, doing a mix of working in the office and working from home. Orsi works for the NHS and usually goes into work in the city though occasionally works from home.

We like to keep the common areas fairly clean and respectful, and share the cost of a cleaner that comes every 2-3 weeks.

We have a private contract with the landlord and landlady so there are no agency fees. They lived in the flat together previously and we deal with them directly. They are both lovely.
