Cosy Double Bedroom

Hello.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who works and is generally kind and considerate of others. In return you will have fantastic room mates and live in a beautiful house in a great central location. We are about a 7 minute bus ride from crystal palace station (432) or 10 mins from gypsy hill (450 bus or 417 bus or 432). Mini supermarkets and amenities are a 5 minute walk. There is free parking too.

It is a lovely, friendly, clean house (the landlord pays for a cleaner) with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and gas cooker. There are two bathrooms.

bills are split between everyone.
