Large double bedroom in spacious Victorian home

Hi there,

We are a couple who have a large Victorian house in Crystal Palace.

Currently there is a spare bedroom & loo on the third floor which will remain unused for awhile. We currently have an amazing lodger who lives with us but she is moving out in May to live with her partner :(

We are a couple aged 34 & 37 who work in London in property and marketing with 2 wonderful children, 2&4.

The bedroom is on the top floor with private loo and we find there is lots of separation which gives everyone their own space. There is also a bathroom that can be your sole use.

There is a cleaner twice a week and that is included in the cost.

We are on the edge of Crystal palace park. The house is a 10 minute walk to Sydenham station which is a 15 minute train into London Bridge or frequent overground trains (15 minutes to Shoreditch) alternatively there is a 18 minute walk to Sydenham hill for trains to Victoria (15 minutes). We both use these everyday.

The room can come furnished with a bed and dressing table.

We are a busy family of 4 working full time, you'll most likely find us in bed by 9pm and up and gone for work/nursery by 7am. We mostly have plans at the weekends and chill most evenings after long days at work and putting the children to bed so not really a party house! We are friendly and happy to share our space but we respect peoples boundaries and space as we hope for the same. We are happy for someone to have their own life and privacy and go about their lives without feeling like they need to report in!
