Small double in Crystal Palace opposite overground

*****APOLOGIES FOR THE STATE OF THE ROOM IN THE PICTURE***** currently using this time alone in the flat to clear out rubbish and clean the flat! The room will be clean and tidy upon moving in!

Lovley small double room 5 mins walk from lovley Crystal Palace traingle (shops, cafes, supermarket, restaurants) literally opposite Crystal Palace park and overground station (2 min walk)

The flat is a small first floor flat above a corner shop with huge balcony terrace which gets a lot of use in the summer! You will have direct access to the balcony from your bedroom via French doors, which flood the room with light. The flat also has a decent size lounge, bathroom, kitchen and My bedroom.

I work full time as a nanny so my working hours are M-F 8-6pm. I usually spend my weekday evenings in the flat, I may go out one or two nights a week but I usually stay in. Same with weekends, could be super busy and you won’t see me all weekend or I’ll be have a lazy weekend pottering around CP and the flat.
