Bright & Peaceful Double in Crystal Palace

Hello! I have a bright and spacious room to rent in a first floor flat right by Crystal Palace parklands. Your room overlooks some luscious greenery and gardens.

I'm sorry to leave, but I'm moving in with my partner...! Pictures of kitchen and bathroom are coming :)

You’d be living with three others, Sam, Simon, and Paul. We all have different schedules so there's never a fight for the bathroom.

We are an easy-going and inclusive household. We have a cleaner who comes once fortnightly to keep our communal spaces sparkling

The building is really stunning, with original sash windows, and the landlord is lovely and easy-going. Everything is in good working order (washing machine, fridge, shower-bath, gas oven). You even have your own blue plaque!

The location is great - only a 5 minute walk from Crystal Palace Overground and Train Station - with links to Victoria and London Bridge. Bus stops are close by.

Bills are included (gas, electricity, internet, council tax), and the room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser. There is no lounge, but the kitchen is definitely large enough to eat in, if you wish.
