Location:
the house is located in a quiet residential street up the hill, 2 minutes away from the vibrant triangle of Crystal Palace, full of live with lots of cafes, pubs, studios with yoga and Pilates classes. The park is also gorgeous, ideal to walk, play tennis, swim and relax. It is 7 minutes walk from Crystal Palace station (with connections to London Bridge and tube stations), and 5 minutes walk from Gipsy Hill station (with connections to London Victoria and Waterloo). It’s a really good area to live in.
 
The bedroom and the house:
the bedroom is a large double room, on the second floor, with double glazing windows facing the gardens. It is bright during the day and quiet and cosy at night. It is offered semi furnished: with a large office table, a chair, a bed base (No mattress) and a basic wardrobe (optional).  
The house has 2 bathrooms to be shared between three. A large kitchen with dining area, separate living room, storage, dryer, dishwasher and a beautiful patio with table and plants. It’s a beautiful house, peaceful, well maintained and cosy.
 
Lucy, Elizabeth and John, are professionals in their thirties and forties. They are independent, easy going and with a sense of humour. We are looking for a professional and easy going flatmate, quiet at nights and respectul.
 
 
Availability and fees:
 
The bedroom is available the first week of August, to move in that week. The contract is renewable in February. 
 
Rent: £550 pcm + bills (including cleaning, internet, council tax, water and electricity ) = £650 ish total / month 

Move in August = £650 + Deposit (£650)
