A large sunny double room, close to the centre of Crystal Palace: 600m from the Triangle and 20 mins walk to the station. Closest bus stop is 20 metres away, with busses to Brixton, Norwood, Crystal Palace etc.
The flat consists of two large doubles (owner/landlord lives in), a bright living room/kitchen and a very new deluxe bathroom. High ceilings, big windows and recent decoration make this a lovely place to spend time.
Landlord/owner (me!) is a very jolly teacher - I work in nearby Croydon teaching History. I have a super friendly rag doll cat who loves cuddles.
Hoping to find a flat mate who needs a London based for two, three or four nights per week (and will adjust rent accordingly: £380 per month for 2 nights/week, £450 for 3 nights and £550 for 4 nights). I work very regular hours in term time so tend to keep it quite low key during the week. During holidays I’m either away or enjoying everything South London has to offer.
