House share in a lovely garden house

Hi I'm renting out my spare room in a lovely Victorian garden house.
You will be sharing the flat with just me plus a small dog and a cat but they are spending most of their time in the garden or in my room.
Bill's are not included, I have sky wifi netflix everything we need.
The room is furnished comes with tv and bedding if needed.

Ideal for transport links into London Victoria, London Bridge and the New East London Line. Crystal Palace is a beautiful area and offers a Friendly and quiet village feel on the doorstep of Central London. Beautiful area with loads of great restaurants, boutiques, vintage markets, lovely parks and views, good transport links and nice people.
