I’m a friendly easy-going person looking for a preferably female housemate to rent a double room in my home. ALL BILLS INCLUDED! Free parking outside. Washing machine free use.

It’s a 2 bed flat, modern victorian conversion in the Crystal Palace/Upper Norwood area. Really good transport links to central London and a gym cabin at the end of a large private garden.

I’m a young 42 yr old and I run an independent fitness business. I’m looking for a short term flatmate who is considerate, tidy and respectful, open to a friendly chat, maybe a glass of wine between going about life. I enjoy some alone time too as I’m sure you do too, which is respected . I have two cats named Eve & Arya so you’d need to be willing to live with their attention. I would consider weekday lets. Preferably no working from home. This is a LGBT friendly home:-)
