My flat is situated in a friendly art deco block just off the Crystal Palace triangle, minutes from shops, bars, restaurants and buses and is 5 mins walk from Crystal Palace station. The bedroom to rent is a double with real wood floors, storage and a lovely view of the garden and beyond. The flat itself has wood flooring throughout, modern decor, central heating, broadband and cable TV. The kitchen has under-floor heating and opens straight onto the gorgeous garden. There is a cat in residence and he is very friendly! I work full time and occasionally more so am home mostly evenings only.
